PEARS
Peel and remove the core.
Cut into slices, halves or
quarters.
RHUBARB Dry only the soft stems
MUSHROOMS Pick ones with ball-shaped
caps. Clean from sand or
peel. Dry sliced or whole.
PARSLEY
Place the leaves on the trays.
CARROTS Pick tender and crunchy
roots. Steam till tender. Slice
or dice and then drain.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait until it cools down,
- do not immerse the base (3) in water,
- do not use aggressive cleaning agents,
- the base (3) can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth and wiped dry,
- wash the sieves (4) and the cover in lukewarm water,
