2. Run the conveyor through its full range of speeds.
NOTE: At zero, it is normal for the conveyor
to creep. This prevents destruction of items
accidentally left on the conveyor.
TUNNEL STARTUP
1. Turn on the tunnel using the ON/OFF rocker switch
near the power cord entry.

2. Turn the ON/OFF toggle switch on the tunnel control

NOTE: The element blower should start running
when the toggle switch is turned ON. The blower
will make some noise and the curtains will wave
slightly with the movement of air. The red pilot
light above the toggle switch will light up.
3. For first use, set the tunnel temperature to a setting of
325°F on the tunnel's operator panel.
NOTE: The heat indicator light above the
temperature knob comes on to indicate power
application to the heat element. When the
tunnel reaches temperature, the light cycles on
and off as power is required to maintain the set
temperature in the tunnel.

OPERATING ADJUSTMENTS

Options for adjusting the Shrink Tunnel for best shrinking
performance on any package include:
1. To increase shrink, slow down the conveyor speed or
increase the tunnel temperature.
2. To reduce shrink, speed up the conveyor or reduce
the tunnel temperature.
3. To adjust seam position or local film shrink
characteristics, experiment with different product
orientations on the conveyor belt.
MANUAL COOLDOWN:
1. To cool the Shrink Tunnel properly, turn the
temperature control to zero and let the blower run
without energizing the heat element. It will take about
15 minutes to cool down.
2. After cooldown, turn off the main power switches for
the tunnel and the conveyor.
