WARNINGS
Safety and accident prevention instructions
The machine must only be used by trained and qualified personnel.
The machine must be located in a dry and well-ventilated area where air
is changed at least once an hour with 50% of the total fresh air without
the aid of special ventilation systems. The temperature of the work area
must be between 10°C and 35°C with humidity between 50% and 90%.
Always unplug the machine when not in use, before maintenance or clea-
ning and before replacing the dust bag or filter. Do not pull the power cord
to unplug the machine.
Keep the power cord away from heat, oil and sharp corners.
In the event of a blackout, turn the switch of the connected tool to the OFF po-
sition to avoid it from accidentally starting when power returns. Do not ex-
pose the machine to rain.
Explosion or fire hazard
- Do not vacuum flammable or explosive dust (i.e. magnesium, alumi-
nium, asbestos, etc.);
- do not vacuum flammable or explosive liquids (i.e. petrol, thinners,
etc.);
- do not vacuum aggressive liquids or substances (i.e. acids , bases, sol-
vents, etc.);
- do not vacuum sanding dust from surfaces treated with paints that ha-
ve not completed the catalyst cycle;
- immediately disconnect the vacuum from the electrical mains if dust is
discharged;
- use the fire alarm system and leave the area in the event of fire.
Specific use
The machine is high stress qualified for industrial applications according
to regulations EN60335-1 and EN60335-2-69.
The machine is designed to vacuum dry sanding dust with all exposure
limit values due to the work type. The machine supplies, simultaneously
and near the work area:
- the possibility of accessing energy sources to power electrical and
pneumatic tools without the use of extension cords;
- the availability of a sanding dust vacuuming system.

3x1.5.
Compressed air mains - Working pressure not over 6 bar; the main-
smust supply dehumidified and filtered air. Having assembled arubber
hose fixture (optional), connect the machine to the pneumatic mains with
a hose, whose length supports working pressure, of 10mm minimum
internal Ø.
After having checked that the switch (2) is in the "O" position, insert the
power cord plug in a socket that supports the machine load.
Wheel (16) and pipe-union (15) assembly
- Open the lock hooks (5) and lift the vacuum head (1);
- pull out the wheels and the accessories;
