Switching on / off

The device switches itself off automatically if no key is pressed.

Changing the measurement reference point

TV 600
Press this key to turn the device on.
Press this key for approximately 5 seconds to turn
the device off.
This key deletes the last measured value. (For
area or volume measurements individual meas-
urements can be deleted step-by-step and re-
measured.)
Press this key for two seconds to toggle the back-
ground illumination on or off.
Press this key to change the measurement refer-
ence point.
(Leading edge / trailing edge)
(The default is the trailing edge. After a restart, the
device automatically reverts to the default setting.)
