USE
PRELIMINARY USE
• Position the product on a flat and solid surface.
• Remove all packaging from the appliance and from the inside.
• Before using the appliance for the first time:
• Wash the trays and cover of the appliance in warm water and washing-up liquid.
The base or motor unit should be cleaned with a damp cloth (NEVER wash the base under
running water. NEVER put the base or motor unit in the dishwasher).
• Check that the mains voltage corresponds to that given on th information plate.
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
• Thanks to the dryer fruit and vegetables can be prepared without the use of fats or added
sugars. The nourishing and vital properties of the food will be preserved thanks to the
controlled gentle flow of internally circulating hot air.
• Thanks to the drying action foods can be conserved without freezing them.
USE
• Once the product has been reassembled, begin to place the food reduced to pieces/slices on
the trays, starting from the lower ones and proceeding upwards.
• In order to avoid blocking the circulation of air never completely cover the bottom of the tray.
• Place the cover on the appliance. During the dehydration process the
top cover should always be left on the appliance.
• Connect the appliance to the electrical socket and push the power switch to the "On" position,
the red light will stay on.
• Now set the required temperature with the thermostat knob.
