MAINTENANCE
It
is recommended that the tool la serviced at 100Dhra running
ame.
DlsmanUe lhe fool using the mq>loded view. Clean

components
and lnspectfor wear or damage, exchange I noceu:ary. Apply new
grease to relevant parts In accordance with llsl Replace the front
soal after dlsmanlling tool. Assemble the toot using exploded
view.
Torquovatues gfven are ±5%.
Special tools shown In exploded .tew are In addition to normal
work.shop tools.
NOTE: (1) Protective gloves and eye protecUon should be wom
during cleanlng of parta. Eating or smoking is
prohibitodwhen cleaning, dismantling or assembllng
tool.
(2) Worn components should be carotully handlod end
disposed or sarely.

Requirements:
(1) Container to Immerse components.
(2) Good quallly clean paraffin.
Soak tho components In tho
container containing the paraffin.
Ensure tull lmmerslon. Romovc tho components from tho container.
thoroughly dry. Place components in an air tight container untn
required for •ssembly. Dispose of the dirty paraffin In accordance
with health and safety regulation.

Electric motorte~ting and c:heckiog as necessary should bo carried
out by a c:ompetcnt electrician wfth the telovant secUon of lhe Hcaftf\
and Safety Act.
