Alarm signals

In the event of a working defect, the system informs the user about the type of failure occurred.

Regular checks should be carried out by the user, who should only contact the Authorized
Assistance Center if no solution is found.
Kind of problem
There is no power supply
The smokes sensor is broken or not con-
nected to the pcb
Smokes temperature too high
Smokes extractor blocked or broken
The Thermostove cannot start up
This is the rst light-up
The pellet thermostove switched off while
working
The water temperature exceeds 90°C. The
circulating pump is blocked or there is no
water in the hydraulic system
Obstructed ue
The cochlea loads too much pellet

The Thermostove has worked for 1300

Solution
As soon as the power supply is back, the Thermostove starts a
cooling cycle. After completing the cycle it starts working au-
tomatically
Contact an Authorized Assistance Center
Switch off the Thermostove, allow it to cool down and perform
ordinary cleaning. If the problem persists, contact an Authorized
Assistance Center for cleaning the Thermostove and the ue

Fill in the tank with pellets
Start up again
Fill in the tank with pellets
Check the power supply on the pump.
Check limestone does not block the pump impeller
Clean the ue or check there are no obstructed grids near the
smokes exhaust
