1. Fasten two SHOE RACK MECHANISMS (148M) to a DOOR (P). Use four BLACK 9/16 LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) as

shown in the upper diagram. Be sure the posts in the SHOE RACK MECHANISMS insert into the DOOR.
2. Fasten a STORAGE UPRIGHT (M) to the SHOE RACK MECHANISMS (148M) as shown in the center diagram. You will

need to bend the SHOE RACK MECHANISMS out slightly to place this STORAGE UPRIGHT in place.
3. Fasten another STORAGE UPRIGHT (M) to the SHOE RACK MECHANISMS (148M). Use four BLACK 9/16" PAN

HEAD SCREWS (25S) as shown in the lower diagram.
Repeat this step twice.
