While holding the lower SHOE RACK, fasten a set of BUSHINGS to the ENDS (A and B) as shown. Use two SILVER 9/16"

PAN HEAD SCREWS (138S).
Repeat steps 22 and 23 to fasten the middle and upper SHOE RACKS.

NOTE: If you decide to move the STORAGE UPRIGHT (M), you must remove the complete SHOE RACK from the unit.
