Features
This tool includes some or all of the following features.

Use
Charging (Fig. A, B)
Warning! For use only with the supplied charger.
From new, the rechargeable cells of the product need a mini-
mum charge time of 16 hours to ensure full power.
Place the charging terminal (8) into the charging port (9)
u
on the handle of the unit as shown in figure A.
Place the wall charger (7) into a power outlet and switch
u
on as shown in figure B.
Note: The On/off power switch (1) must be in the ("O") posi-
tion, the product will not charge if it is in any other position.
While charging, the charger may get warm, this is perfectly
u
normal and safe. It is safe to leave the appliance connect-
ed to the charger indefinitely. The charger automatically
reduces power consumption when charging is complete.
Warning! Do not charge the battery at ambient temperatures
below 4°C or above 40°C.
Use
Switching on and off (Fig. D)
To start, slide the On/Off switch ( 1 ) forward (i.e. "O"= Off,
u
"I" = On) in Figure C.
To stop, slide the switch back.
u
Using the pull out crevice tool (Fig. C)
Extend the crevice tool (4) as shown in figure D, until it
u
clicks in place.
Attaching the pet head
Warning! The unit needs to be switched off when the pet
head is attached or detached.
Warning! Do not use directly on pets.
Slide the dust bowl opening (3) into the opening of the
u
motorized pet head (6), ensuring that the connectors (6b)
engage with the recesses (3b). An audible click will be
heard.
Removing the pet head
Pull the motorized pet head release tabs (6a) outward to
u
release them from the recesses (3a).

Pull the main unit from the pet head.
u
Warning! The unit needs to be switched off when the pet
head is attached or detached.
Cleaning the filters (Fig. G, H, I, J, K)
Press the dust chamber release button (2) as shown in
u
figure G.
Seperate the dust chamber (3) from the motor unit as
u
shown in figure G.
You can use the easy empty feature as shown in figure H.
u
Lift the filter (5) out of the dust chamber (3) using the tab
u
(5a) provided shown in figure I.
Empty the dust bowl (3) by lightly shaking over a suitable
u
container as shown in figure J.
Rinse out the dust-bowl with warm soapy water.
u
Wash the filters with warm soapy water as shown in figure
u
K.
Allow the filters to dry naturally, using heat may cause the
u
filters to distort.
Refit the filter (5) into dust chamber (3). Make sure the
u
filter tabs face forward. Never place the filters into the
dust chamber backwards.
Replace the dust chamber onto the motor unit. Make sure
u
the release button (2) clicks into place.
Scented filter
BEFORE FIRST USE - remove bag from the scented
u
pre-filter. Reassemble per instructions above.
When the vacuum is turned on, the plastic scented filter
u
will emit an aroma to freshen the air.
Warning! Causes mild skin irritation. Wash face,
hands and any exposed skin thoroughly after
handling. Wear protective gloves/protective
clothing/eye protection/face protection. If in eyes:
Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do.
Continue rinsing. If skin irritation occurs: Get
medical advice/attention.
Warning! Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting
effects. Avoid release into the environment.
Dispose of contents/ containers to an approved
waste disposal plant.
Do not ingest.
Note: When the plastic scented filter no longer lets off the aro-
ma, it can be an indication that the filter needs to be replaced.
See below for information on replacement filters.
Replacing the filters
The filters should be replaced every 6 to 9 months and when-
ever worn or damaged.
