Troubleshooting - Respironics Wallaby 3 Manual Profesional

Following is a list of problems that may occur while using the Wallaby 3 System. For additional
information, please contact your Respironics Technical Support representative.
Problem
Power Light is not green
System Alert LED is blinking yellow
System Alert LED is solid yellow
Light is not being emitted from fiber
optic panel
Light is emitted from Illuminator unit
when the fiberoptic panel is not
inserted

Troubleshooting

Reason/Action
Check to make sure power cord is properly
attached and plugged into an active
electrical outlet.
Ensure the unit is turned on.
One light bulb has burned out and the
system has automatically switched to the
second light bulb. Continue therapy until
completion and replace lamp before next
patient.
Unit may have overheated or both light
bulbs have burned out. Allow unit to cool,
if condition persists replace light bulbs.
Check to make sure panel is securely
locked into Illuminator box.
Check System Alert LED. If solid yellow,
both lights are burned out or unit has
overheated. Allow unit to cool/replace light
bulbs.
Replace the panel input disconnect inside
the unit.
