HOW TO OPERATE

To prepare:
• Chill Canister for at least eight hours.
• Find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting. Make sure the cord is
away from any water source. It is acceptable to use an extension cord if needed.
To make slush:
1. Take the chilled Canister out of the
freezer and place it on the Base.
3. Fit the Lid on the Base.
5. Fit the Electric Motor onto the
Lid, being sure that the Paddle
attaches to the Spindle.
7. Insert the plug into an electrical outlet.
8. Pour your selected sugar-based beverage into the Flunnel opening and into the
Canister. Always stop at least 1 ½ inches from the top of the Canister to avoid spills
during the freezing process.
NOTE: Sugar-free beverages and alcoholic beverages will not freeze. DO NOT
use them in this machine as it may damage the appliance. Water will freeze
very quickly to the interior of the Canister and may damage the appliance.
9. Begin the freezing process by pressing the Power Button. Allow the beverage
to churn for 15-25 minutes until desired slush consistency is reached.
10. When desired slush consistency is reached, switch off
the machine and remove the Canister.
11. Enjoy your slush straight from the Canister or transfer to a glass.
2. Put the Paddle into the Canister.
4. Fit the Spindle into the bottom of the
Electric Motor.
6. Slide the Locks to the lock position.
