• Finger-tighten the short extension arms (AKC) to the backboard brackets with the hardware indicated.

• If necessary, use a bolt to remove any excess
powder coating from the holes in the backboard
brackets.
• Si besoin, employer un boulon pour enlever de

• If you experience diffi culty passing the bolt
through the holes, try using a wrench to
rotate the bolt until it passes through. In this
step, DO NOT STRIKE THE BOLT to assist it
through the holes.
• En cas d'avoir des problèmes pour faire
passer le boulon dans les trous, essayer
d'utiliser une clé pour tourner le boulon
jusqu'à ce qu'il passe à travers le trou. Dans
cette étape, NE PAS frapper le boulon pour
l'aider à travers le trous.
• Si hay difi cultad pasar el perno por los
agujeros, intentar usar una llave para girar
el perno hasta que se pase por el agujero.
En este paso, NO GOLPEAR EL PERNO para
aydarlo a pasar por los agujeros.
