EN Kayak holders
Installing
─ Tighten the retaining strap. Thread the
protective covers over the tensioners to
protect the kayak against rubbing.

─ Fold the kayak holders together when not in
use.

● Weight of the kayak holders: 4.9 kg
● Maximum speed with load: 80 km/h
● The speed must be adjusted to a safe level for
the circumstances and the load.
● Always follow applicable speed limits and
other traffic laws.
● The vehicle driver has the sole responsibility
for the product being free from defects and
securely fastened.
● Check that straps and other mountings are
secure, and post tighten if necessary. Also
check that they are secure at regular intervals
during the course of a journey.
● Replace any worn or damaged parts
immediately.
● The driving characteristics of the car may differ
when driving around corners and under
braking when the kayak holder is installed.
● Volvo takes no responsibility for personal
injuries and/or damage to property and
consequential financial losses, caused by
incorrect mounting or use.
● The product must not be modified.
● Do not load the roof more than the max. roof
