ENGLISH
• Only connect the device to the mains supply/ electrical
outlet if plant/outlet capacity is suitable for its maximum
power. If otherwise, immediately seek assistance from a
professionally qualified person.
• Switch off the main switch on the system when: a
malfunction is detected, you decide to perform external
cleaning maintenance, you decide not to use the device for
short or long periods.
• The device cannot be used as an activator for water
heaters, stoves, etc. nor should it discharge into the hot air
ducts of said devices.
• The device must discharge directly outside in a single
allocated duct.
• The extracted air flow must be clean (or rather free of
grease, soot, chemical and corrosive substances or
explosive and flammable mixtures).
• Never cover the device exhaust and supply to ensure
optimal
air passage.
• Maximum operating temperature: 45°C.
• The connection cables MODBUS and HMI must have a length not exceeding 60 m.
• The electrical specifications correspond to the ones on the data label A (fig.1).
The electrical system to which the product is connected must comply with current regulations.
•
The appliance must be installed by a professionally qualified technician.
•
The appliance must be wired to the power supply by way of a multi-pole isolating switch with a gap
•
of at least 3 mm between contacts.
Products equipped with single-phase wiring (M) engines ALWAYS require connection to 220-240V
•
(or only 230V where required) single-phase lines. Any kind of modification shall be considered as
product tampering and shall nullify the relative warranty.
It is not necessary to make any specific
•
adjustments as the appliances operate at
nominal frequencies without a preliminary
setting.
Structure and equipment
The main components of the device are:
• An external body composed of a polypropylene foam shell
and a front cover panel
• A polystyrene counter cross flow heat exchanger, whose
particular morphology guarantees a very high heat
exchange efficiency (>85%)
• Two brushless, low consumption motors with two pre-set
operating speeds
• Management electronics which oversee the power supply
and command and control of the device:
• Temperature sensors (bypass and defrosting)
• User panel, located on the front panel of the device
• Remote panel (optional)
• Two filters: G4 and M5
