Device configuration
The device is mainly configured
on the system side by the relevant
system administrator. The following
settings can be made directly on
the device:
Change ring tone volume
In idle status or if an incoming call
has not yet been accepted, the
ring tone volume can be gradually
adjusted by pressing + or – on the
speech button.
Changing the speech volume
During a call, the speech volume
can be set by pressing + or – at the
speech button.
Adjusting the brightness
Use the left-hand control dial to
adjust the display brightness.
Adjusting the colour saturation
Use the right-hand control dial to
adjust the colour saturation for the
display.
Button assignment
This device features 4 function
buttons (see "operating element"
table: c–f). 3 buttons are preset
with functions on the system
side. All function buttons are LED-
backlit for visual acknowledgement
(yellow/red, door release button
single colour).
The following functions can be
configured on the system side on
function buttons:
• Call up video memory
• Initiate switching function (e.g.
door release, light, garage door)
• Activate/deactivate doormatic
function
• Call concierge (e.g. reception)
• Direct door call for a door station
• Internal call of an internal remote
station
• Call rerouting to another call
destination
• Call silencing (Do not disturb!
– DND)

Care instructions
Only ever clean your indoor device
using a soft cloth dampened with
mild soap solution. Dry, aggres-
sive cleaning agents and abrasive
detergents can damage the sur-
