Transport and storage

Danger
Store the device always unloaded,
without any cartridge strip and pin!
Store the device and the cartridge strips of the genu-
ine tool box on a safe, dry and heat-proof place.
Unauthorized persons, in particular children, may
not get access to the device or to cartridge strips.
The tools and the loading features may only be
transported in its original package!

Cleaning and maintenance

It is essential to carry out maintanance works regu-
larly to ensure proper and safe operation.
You do not need any tools to reassemble the
■
device.
Do not use mere force. Check the device for
■
proper functioning without inserted pin after
reassambly.
Warning
Wear protective gloves.
Warning
Never dismantle the device with car-
tridges inserted.
Cleaning
Clean the housing outside with a damp cloth.
■
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents and care
products. We recommend to use Würth plastic
cleaners and Würth plastic care products.
Remove heavy soiling (dust etc.) using com-
■
pressed air.
Disassamble the device and clean it with com-
■
pressed air and a brush.
During cleaning and maintenance
work, always use your personal safety
equipment such as protective glasses,
gloves and breathing mask.

Assembly (fig. III)
Warning
It is vital that you mount the brake ring
[7] as shown in the picture and tighten
the union nut [2] properly.
Mount piston [1], piston buffer [6], brake ring
■
[7], piston return spring [8], pin guide [5] and
attachment sleeve [3].
Replace the piston return spring [8] in case of
■
reduced firing power.
Screw on the union nut [2] and tighten manually.
Ensure that the white triangles are at the same height
(symbol ▹◃ fig. II).
Use only genuine Würth accessories and
spare parts!

repaired by a Würth masterService workshop. In all
your queries and spare part orders, always quote
