* Length (height to ground) means the vertical
distance from the telescopic pole handle to the

Telescopic Handle
NOTE: Before using the telescopic handle, read
the instruction book carefully as well as the
instruction book of Grass Shear.
WARNING: Before attaching the
telescopic handle, make sure that the
battery pack has been removed.
ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
1. Assembling/removing the telescopic handle
(See Fig. A1)
Assembling: Align and insert the handle connection
bracket into the machine.
Removing: Disconnect the handle connection bracket
by pressing and holding down on the locking tab
(See Fig. A2) and then pulling the shear off the
handle.
NOTE: After assembly, make sure the connection
pin on the bottom of the connection bracket is flat, if
it is protruding, please re-assemble the handle. (See
Fig. A2)
NOTE: Make sure the telescopic handle is locked into
position securely before operation.
2. Adjusting the handle length (See Fig. B)
Loosen the locking knob to extend the handle, and
the handle will slide freely.
Then tighten the locking knob to lock the handle in
position.
NOTE: The locking knob is used to hold the handle in
position at any extended length.
3. Adjusting the cutting height (See Fig. C1, C2)
Press the left wheel to push the spring inside. Hold
the spring in position and then rotate the wheels to
adjust the cutting height. Release the spring and then
the wheels will be fixed in position.
NOTE: The telescopic handle has two cutting height
levels (1''&1.7'').
4. On/Off switch (See Fig. D)
Push the Lock-off button forward to the unlock position
and then fully press the On/Off switch. Then release
the Lock-off button. This will turn the machine on.
Release the On/Off switch will turn the machine off.
