a) First, insert the support end into the track until you can hear
a 'click' sound or feel it is completely attached. Pull softly out
and confirm its good attachment.
b) Push adapter's live end into the track.
c) Press the live end tight on the track surface to release locking
lever and turn the lever fully over its mechanical security feature.
