DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

The Noplast comprises 2 identical parts for
mounting upper and lower plaster models in an
articulator. When using a Noplast, in many cases
articulating plaster can be dispensed with com-
pletely and the models can be articulated quickly,
neatly and precisely. The technician can also
adjust the bite quickly and easily at a later stage.
HANDLING
The upper and lower models are attached to the
identical parts. Before doing so, the models must
be trimmed to the required size.
Before being articulated, the models must be
gripped on the Noplast by tightening the Allen
screw on the back of the model platform

The Noplast platform with the lower model is
usually fitted to the articulator first.
The lower model is gripped by using the Allen
key to tighten the central adjusting screw
followed by the front positioning screw
articulating the models according to average
values, they can be alig-ned with the Bonwill tri-
angle marker on the articulator.

The upper model is then positioned correctly
on the lower model (possibly using the bite reg-
istration). The upper model is fixed in position
in the same manner as the lower model: First
tighten the central adjusting screw
the front positioning screw
to hold both models with your hand during this
procedure.
To loosen or change the model position you pro-
ceed in the reversed manner, this means you first
loosen the front positioning screw
the central adju-sting screw

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The Noplast is maintenance-free. It should be

cleaned as carefully as possible and without
using solvents. The Noplast will continue to func-
tion long-term with-out being lubricated.
