1. SAFETY RULES.
•
Carefully read and keep the following instructions.
•
The product has been designed and made to be used in fresh water pools.
•
It is only for domestic use.
•
Never put your hands in the water when the pump is running.
•
Before operating the pump for any reason, unplug it from the electrical outlet.
•
The pump cable is connected to the power supply by means of a differential switch with sensitivity not lower than 30 [mA].
•
Make sure that the electrical system complies with the international and national laws in force.
•
Make sure that the product is compatible with the characteristics of your electrical system.
•
If the cable is damaged the pump must be scrapped.
•
Never use the pump dry.
•
Do not let children play with the appliance, e.g. do not allow them to sit in the drawers or swing on the door. This appliance is
not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge unless they have been given initial supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

In the following sections you will find all the indications required in order to best use your pump according to your needs and
carry out yourself small cleaning and maintenance operations required by the product. The letters in brackets correspond to the
components mentioned in the exploded drawing in Fig. 1.
Always remember that every operation must be carried out with the pump disconnected from the power supply and it must
never run without water.
4. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT AND APPLICATION FIELD.
FK is a pond fountain that runs with a centrifugal magnetic motoring over pump. Driver by a water-tight synchronous engine, it is
the most advanced of the small pumps on the market, powerful and reliable, it can be used in domestic ponds to create the
playing of fountains.
5. ASSEMBLY.
The pump can start working only after having completed the installation
1. Fasten the tap (4) to the threaded body of the pump that comes out of the central part of the upper shell Fig. 2 and Fig. 5.
2. Fasten the telescopic tube (2) to the tap (4). In the high-performance versions (equipped with "Comby" fountains) fasten the
telescopic tube by screwing the proper ring nut (3) on to the tap (4). Loosening the ring nut (3) enables orienting the telescopic
tube of the FK in such a way that the playing of the fountains is perpendicular to the water surface.
3. If you have the basic version of the FK just choose the equipped playing of the fountains (1) (Spray or bell) and fasten it to
the telescopic tube (2) so that they are fixed together as in Fig. 6, instead, if you have the bigger version just screw the "Comby"
fountain (1) on to the telescopic tube (2).
6. USE AND REGULATION.
6.1. POSITIONING THE FK.
Position the FK on a raised base compared to the bottom of the pond in order to avoid clogging the shell.
To increase the stability of the FK the feet of the lower shell can be fixed to a solid base with screws (not provided). Remember
that the FK is designed to work when immersed in water and never out of the water.
Once installed the plug for the electrical outlet must be accessible.
