1 | Introduction

Thank you for choosing this warming product. This is a quality product that should last a long time when used pro-
perly.
The warming under blanket may be controlled with either wired or the wireless controller. All settings of the wired
controller are available on the wireless.
Attention! The intelligent sleep mode may only be set using the wireless controller. During sleep the circulation
slows and even the body temperature lowers. The device adjusts to this fact and therefore constantly reduces the
warmth given off. After one hour at the highest heat setting (red) the blanket reduces itself to the middle setting
(orange). During the last hour the heat is reduced to the lowest setting (green). The reach of the wireless controller is
approximately 10 meters as long as no obstructions are in the way.

• Read the instruction manual carefully.
• Do not prick in with needles or other sharp objects.
• use only to pre-heat the mattress.
Do not use:
• if wet or damp.
• if bent or folded.
• as sheet.
• on heat insensitive persons, children or pets
• do not place underneath the mattress always put on top.
• do not fold blanket if still warm.
• do not place heavy or edged objects on the device, which may damage or bend the electrical wires inside the
blanket (eg Suit cases )
• Do not fold or wrap around the mattress.
• Keep plug and connecting cable dry at all times
• The switch will get warm and therefore should not be covered, because of danger of overheating
• Do not use the blanket, if it self or part are damaged
• After use pull plug out off mains plug
• Do not place other heaters or heat producing objects onto the device
• The heating blanket is not meant for use in hospitals
• If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by an authorized repair centre to avoid a hazard. Examine the
appliance frequently
• If there is any damage visible If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified
person, to avoid a hazard. In this case please contact the Sgl service hotline.
• If it is used for another purpose or operated incorrectly, no liability for possible damages can be accepted.
• The electric and magnetic fields generated by this electric underblanket might affect the functions of pacemakers
or implantable defibrillators.Please consult your physician or the implant's manufacturer before using this electric
underblanket.
• Pregnant women are recommended to consult their physician before using the electric underblanket.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable persons who are unable
to react to overheating.
• Children under the age of three are not to use this appliance due to their inability to react to overheating.
• The appliance is not to be used by young children unless the controls have been pre-set by a parent or guardian, or
unless the child has been adequately instructed on how to operate the controls safely.
• This appliance should not be used on an adjustable bed.
