Purpose
JuzoFlex knee Supports provide anatomical guid-
ance for the affected knee joint, thus relieving it
during movement. Thanks to their bi-elastic knitted
fabric, sometimes in combination with anatomically
shaped pads, the supports apply compression, pro-
moting lymphatic drainage which results in reduced
swelling and pain alleviation. Proprioception and
the resulting muscular auto-stabilisation of the knee
joint are improved.
Here is how to put on your Juzo Knee Support
correctly:
Please ask your physician or medical specialty re-
tailer to show you how to apply your knee support
correctly. We recommend that you follow these
instructions closely. Attention: Rough finger nails,
jagged rings etc. can damage the fabric.
Please note:
Wear your knee support only per your physician's pre-
scription. Knee supports should only be dispensed by
trained personnel at a medical specialty store. As
therapy progresses or new symptoms appear, it will
be necessary to take new measurements and pos-
sibly to produce a new knee support. Although your
knee support is largely resistant to oils, ointments,
skin moisture and other environmental influences,
the fabric as well as a possibly worked in pressure
pad can be adversely affected by certain combina-
tions of these factors. It is therefore recommended
to have your knee support checked regularly by
your medical specialist retailer. If your knee support
becomes damaged please consult your specialty
retailer. Do not repair it yourself as this could impair
the quality and effectiveness. For hygienic reasons,
the support is not suitable for treating more than one
patient.
