OPERATION

A. Twist the mushroom (emergency stop) button ¼ turn to the right if it has not been released (fig.3,
n°12).
B. Press the START button to switch the machine on (fig.3, n°11).
C. Put the selector (fig.3, n°13) in "MANU" position.
- Press and release one of the pushbuttons (fig.3, n°9,15) and the tray proofers will advance
one by one and stop automatically at the next one..
- Press and hold the pushbutton and the tray proofers will keep on advancing as long as the
button is held down and stop automatically at the next tray proofer when the button is
released.
D. You can load your BA (fig.4).
E. Put the selector (fig.3, n°13) in "AUTO" position.
- Place the CHANGEOVER lever (fig.5, n°16) in the raised position.
- The unloading belts start running for a set time.
- The trough advance engages until the next one.
- The unloading belts start up again (fig.1, n°2) for a set time.
- And so on until the tray proofer has unloaded completely.
F. Put the selector (fig.3, n°13) in "UV" position.
- Place the CHANGEOVER lever (fig.5, n°16) in the lowered position.
- Shut the closure panel (fig.6).
- The tray proofer will stop automatically at the end of the germicidal cleaning cycle.
To extend the shelf (fig.1, n°4): (fig.8)
A. Raise the shelf.
B. Unfold the two brackets to support the shelf.
