OPERATION

If your machine is equipped with a base (fig.1, n°8) (optional), the braked castors must be locked
when the machine is in operation (fig.1, n°9).
Switch on the power to the machine at the start of the day using the emergency stop (fig.1,
n°5).
For machines equipped with a digital display (fig.6) (MRK – MRK ETL – MRF – MRL – MRL ETL
– MRM – MRC), press the green power on button (fig.6, n°24).
Operating procedure (fig.5)
A. Place the loaf on the rear table, between the blades and the moving section.
B. Close the rear cover (MRZ – MRP – MRK – MRK ETL – MRF – MRP – MRQ – MRR – MRC –
MRC ETL); this action will start the machine. If the machine is equipped with photoelectric
cells (optional) (MRL – MRL ETL – MRM), press the green button (fig.6, n°24) in order to start
the cutting process.
C. Once the cutting process has finished, retrieve the sliced loaf from the front of the machine.
The rear cover will open (MRZ – MRP – MRK – MRK ETL – MRF – MRP – MRQ - MRR). If
your machine is fitted with a front cover, open it before retrieving the loaf (optional) (MRC –
MRC ETL - MRR). If your machine is equipped with a JACFIX (optional), this system holds the
loaf together once cut. Remove the loaf upwards to release it from the JACFIX.
At the end of the day, for machines equipped with a digital display (MRK – MRK ETL – MRF – MRL –
MRL ETL – MRM – MRC – MRC ETL), press the yellow safety power off button (fig.6, n°26). Press
the red emergency stop button (fig.1, n°5) to switch off the power to the machine.
Tip: Have a qualified individual check blade tension after the first few days of operation.
Capacity: Number of loaves sliced per day: 6,000 (depending on the type of bread).
Loaf size (L x W x H) (cm):
MRZ – MRP – MRK – MRK ETL – MRQ - MRL – MRL ETL – MRR – MRC – MRC ETL
min.: 12 x 6 x 6 - max.: 44 x 30 x 18
MRM – MRF – MRR – MRQ
min.: 12 x 6 x 6 - max.: 44 x 29 x 18
Safety:
Opening the rear safety cover (fig.1, n°1) prevents the machine from operating (MRZ – MRP – MRK
– MRK ETL – MRF – MRZ – MRP – MRQ – MRR – MRC – MRC ETL).
Opening the front safety cover (fig.2, n°17) prevents the machine from operating (MRC - MRC ETL –
MRR).
Passing in front of the photoelectric cells (fig.2, n°15) prevents the machine from operating (MRL –
MRL ETL – MRM).
The activation of a safety cut-out is indicated by a message on the display (fig.6, n°23) (MRK – MRK
ETL – MRF – MRL – MRL ETL – MRM – MRC).
