IMPORTANT SAFETY ADVICE
PRECAUTIONS
This bicycle has been designed and constructed to
provide
maximum
precautions should be taken when using exercise

8 Do not place sharp objects near the machine.
9 Disabled people should not use the machine without
the assistance of a qualified person or a doctor.
10 Do warm up stretching exercises before using the
equipment.
11 Do not use the bicycle if it is not working correctly.

2. Take hold of the front stabilizer bar fitted with
wheels (2), Fig.2, insert the screws (20), washers
(21), (22) and tighten securely.
Take hold of the rear stabilizer bar (3), Fig.2, insert the
screws (24), washers (21), (22) and tighten securely.
3. FITTING THE BACKREST AND THE SADDLE.-
Attach the backrest (6), as shown in Fig.3, insert the
screws (25) and washers (21), (22) and tighten
securely.
Attach the handlebar (7) to the backrest and insert the
wires through the backrest tube. Insert the screws
(26), the washers (27) and nuts (28), Fig.4. Connect
the handlebar wires with the rail wires. Then insert the
wires to the backrest tube and place the cap (34),
Fig.4.
Attach the saddle (9) as shown in Fig.5, insert the
screws (23).
Attach the side covers (16), (17) using the screws
(32), Fig.6.
To adjust the saddle position pull the handle (6-6),
Fig.13. Place the rail into the correct position and
release the handle.
4. FITTING THE FRONT POST.-
Take hold of the front post (4) and fit the lower tray
(11) and the cover (8) as shown in Fig.7. Connect the
wires of the main body with the wires of the front post,
Fig.7.
Insert the front post (4) onto the boss on the main

Insert the screws (23), washers (21), (22), Fig.7, and
tighten securely.
Lower the cover (8) and inser the screws (29), and the
joint (33), Fig.7.
