Secure new footring weldment to the
leg by starting all three screws. Tighten
the center screw first, then the two (2)
side screws.

Re-install footcovers.
Install the RH foot so it
encompasses the leg
column as shown (10a).

Install the LH foot cover next
to the RH foot cover by

sliding downward and
