8. Stopwatch with recovery timer
• Press MENU to enter STP display.
• Press SET to start.
Press SET again to switch to the recovery timer.
Watch the display and memorize the STP time before pressing the
SET key.
The recovery timer (R) is running 3 minutes. When the timer is
down to zero the recorded heart rate from 3 minutes ago is
shown in the upper display. The current heart rate is shown in the
lower display.
• Press SET 2 seconds for reset.

9. Countdown Timer

• Press MENU to enter STP display.
• Press SUBMENU to enter CDT display (Countdown Timer).
• Hold MENU for 2 seconds until the word „hold"
disappears and you get the blinking time format.
• Press SET key to select hours, minutes and seconds and
confirm each of them with MENU.
• Press SET to start/stop.
• Press SET 2 seconds for reset.

10. The lap counter
The lap counter is used for analyzing all lap times (e.g. in the
stadium) regarding time and average heart rate of the lap.
End of lap is confirmed by pressing a key.
Set the lap counter
• Press MENU to enter STP modus (stopwatch).
• Press SUBMENU to enter LAP display.
• Press SET key to start or stop a lap. Press SET
at the end of every lap. Display is flashing for 4 sec
and turns to the next lap.
• To stop the workout session press MENU for 2 sec until
the display changes between the average lap time
and the total training time.
• Press SET to get the result of every lap.
• If you want to restart training, start at the first point.
• To quit the training press SUBMENU key.
• Press SET key for 2 seconds to reset.
