Operation and maintenance
Remove all packaging of the device.
Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.
Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz.
Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around
the device. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for inside use.
First Use
Attach the handles (No. 1) using the screws to the body of the barbecue.
Place the grease tray at the bottom of the grill, and then install the heating element (No. 3),
being careful that the four hooks of the heating element in the 4 recesses of the barbecue
bucket are placed.
Attention! If the heating element (No. 3) is not properly installed in the grill tray the device will
not work for security reasons.
Use
Fill the grease tray with a little water, so it is easy to clean after use. Water should be added in
good time, while ensuring that it does not come into contact with the heating element. Plug into
a grounded outlet and turn the thermostat (No. 4) at the highest setting. The red light comes on.
During the first use may be some smoke and smell created. This is normal for new heating
elements and will disappear after a short time.
Use the thermostat (No. 4) to the desired position between MIN and MAX. To sear meat
quickly select the highest setting, the MAX position. For the quiet thread of meat and other
dishes select a lower setting.
The thermostat regulates a constant temperature. During grilling the light comes on and off,
this is normal, the temperature will be constantly adjusted.
Place the grill (No. 2) on the barbecue.
The device is ready for use.

Attention! The unit is very hot, do not touch. Move the appliance with the handles (No 1).

Cleaning
Remove the plug from the socket and allow all parts to cool down.
Soak the grill in warm soapy water and remove the remains with a dishwashing brush. The grill
is also dishwasher safe.
Empty the drip tray after each use and then clean in warm soapy water.
Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel wool or a scouring pad as this will damage the
device. Never immerse the heating element (No. 3) in water or other liquid.
