PREPARING THE MACHINE

A) Open the top inspection hatch on the back of the machine.
B) Insert the jelly holder container and position the suction tube in the container.
C) Close the hatch.

SWITCHING THE MACHINE ON

1) Make sure that the mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the machine plate
2) Plug the machine's electric lead into the electricity socket .
3) Press the luminous rocker switch (main switch), putting it on "ON" (the red light on the button,
will come on).
4) Use the "TEMPERATURE REGULATION" instrument to set or change the required working
temperature (We remind you that jelly manufacturers recommend a temperature of from 85°C to
90°C ):
- press the "set" key twice;
- press the key with the double arrow pointing upwards to increase values;
- press the key with the double arrow pointing downwards to decrease values;
- press the "fnc" key to confirm the setting.
The boiler-heating phase lasts about 11 minutes; when the temperature is reached, the green
"READY TO USE" light comes on.
WARNING:
During the machine inspection phase, the electronic instrument has been adjusted for a max. opera-
ting temperature of 95°C, with a tolerance of about –5°C.
Any different usage from the one described above may lead to functioning faults and/or anomalies.
5) During the heating phase, the compressed air pressure value must be set using the knob called "AIR
REGULATION" .By pulling and turning this knob in a clockwise direction the pressure value increases;
it decreases if the knob is turned in an anti-clockwise direction. Compressed air is supplied by the com-
pressor installed directly in the machine.
When the operation is complete, push the knob back to its original position to block the set value.
The set value can be read on the manometer called "AIR PRESSURE" .
WARNING:
The compressor supplies compressed air, which, in output, for safety reasons, is calibrated at a maximum
value of 5.5 bars (5.5 kg/cm2 / 0.55 Mpa). We recommend you do not go below the value of
2.5- 3.0 bar (2.5-3.0 kg/cm2 / 0.25-0.30 Mpa) for low pressures, and moreover, in order to keep
the system safe and reliable, when you have finished working, discharge the residual pressure of the
air remaining in the mains, until you reach value zero (reading on the manometer). To carry out the
operation described above pull the "AIR REGULATION" knob and turn it in an anti-clockwise direction.
If you only want to use compressed air outside the machine cycle, use the special rapid coupling
connection called "AIR" located on the control panel (the main switch must be positioned on "ON".)

USING THE MACHINE

When the machine is set and on (see points: A/B/C and 1/2/3/4/5):
- - remove the distributor gun from its housing;
- fit the required nozzle to the gun , unscrew the locking nut and insert the nozzle.
Screw tight again; the machine is ready to use;
- reposition the gun it its housing when you have finished working;
