Checkings
Once system is powered up, the Outdoor Pannel must keep silence (without any
beep). Panel beeps when there is a short between 'L' and '-' wires.

Checkings
Make a call to any number and verify that diagnose led is always off.
LED is on (also when blinking) when there is a short between 'L' and '+' wires.
