5. Malfunctions
While an electrical fault may be a nuisance, it is never dangerous. All motors and
controls are fitted with all necessary safety devices and have double insulation.
The table below gives possible solutions to malfunctions.

Cause
Search
Caused by moving parts
touching each other.
The box spring is not
leveled because the floor
is not absolutely flat.
The reason for this may
be a missing part, or
parts that have not been
tightened properly or
have become loose when
the bed was moved.
The bed is not positioned
away from the wall.
There are unwanted
objects in the bed that
should not be there
(spoons, forks, pens,
etc.).
The plug is already in the
wall socket before the
box spring control system
is connected.
Faulty Hall sensor in
motor.
Processor malfunction.
Wrongly installed.
The plug is not in the
socket.
LET OP !!! Lage resolutie!
Solution
Apply Teflon spray. Do
not use oil.
Make sure the floor is
absolutely leveled.
Tighten parts.
Position the bed away
from the wall.
Remove those objects.
First connect the box
spring control system,
then put the plug into the
socket.
Set bed in horizontal
mode by alternately
adjusting up and down a
little at a time. Replace
motor.
Reset. Unplug the bed,
wait a short while then
plug back in.
Install according to fitting
chart.
Put the plug into the
socket.
