2 - REPLACING THE GAS CONTAINERS
a) Changing the 110 L non-refillable oxygen bottle
- If the welding torch flame cannot be adjusted and remains yellow on lighting.
- If the flame turns yellow during use:
this indicates that the oxygen bottle is empty and needs replacing.
Close the valves on the oxygen bottle and the CAMPINGAZ® cartridge.
Close the two welding torch valves.
Unscrew the regulator anti-clockwise.
Take a full oxygen bottle.
Install the regulator on the new bottle as shown in paragraph 1.
b) Changing the CG 3500 butane cartridge
To check whether there is still gas in the cartridge, close all the valves and ligh-
tly shake the valve/cartridge assembly.
If you can hear liquid sloshing, your cartridge is not entirely empty.
Having read the paragraph "Important" on page 46 of this instruction manual
carefully
1) Close the valve by turning the wheel clockwise.
2) Hold the valve with one hand and unscrew the cartridge with the other,
without forcing.
3) Screw in a new CG 3500 cartridge, turning it anti-clockwise until its end stop,
without forcing.
