■Configuring the Windows Media Player ver. 11.
1.
Run the Windows Media Player ver. 11 on your
computer.
2.
Select "Library" tab in the menu bar, and then
select "Media Sharing".
3.
In the "Media Sharing" dialog box, select the
"Share my media" check box, and then click "OK".
4.
In the list of devices, select this unit, and then
click "Allow".
5.
Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
• Then the Windows Media Player ver. 11 configuration has
been completed.
• You can play the music files in your Windows Media
Player ver. 11 library through this unit.
■Notes :
• The Windows Media Player ver. 11 can be downloaded for
free from the Microsoft Web site.
• If the fire wall resctricts access, the Windows Media Player
ver. 11 cannot be configured.
• You can listen to Internet radio stations or music files
registered in the "Favorites" list or delete them.
■Note :
• When the USB memory device is disconnected or your
computer (media server) is turned off, the music files
stored on them cannot be played.

Press the CURSOR UP(▲)/DOWN(▼) buttons to
select the desired station or file, then press the
ENTER button.

Press the CURSOR UP(▲)/DOWN(▼) buttons to
select "PLAY", "DELETE" or "CANCEL", then
press the ENTER button.
Example: When playing a music file

• When "PLAY" is selected, the selected station or music file
will be played.
• When "DELETE" is selected, the selected station or music
file will be deleted in the "Favorites" list.
• When "CANCEL" is selected, your selection will be
canceled.
• While playing a station or music file, each time the
CURSOR UP(▲) or DOWN(▼) button is pressed, the
display mode changes.
• For details on display mode, see "When selecting "Now
Playing"" on page 29.
