To avoid eye pains and maintain the optimum viewing distance, the distance from the set should be
five to six times the screen diagonal. There should be enough light in your television room to allow
you to read. If the brightness is too high, the contrasts are lost. Too little light is bad for the eyes due
to the light-dark transition on the screen.

Disposal and recycling
