Pull the mains adapter from the socket if the set has been damaged.
Pull the mains adapter from the socket immediately if smoke, an unpleasant smell or unusual noises
are coming from the set. Do the same if the set cannot display a picture after being switched or when
switched on. Do not try to continue using the screen in this condition.
Do not open the set yourself under any circumstances. This set does not contain any user
serviceable or replaceable parts. Refer to our service hot line or another specialist workshop.
Batteries
Take care when inserting batteries that the polarity (+ / -) agrees with the marking on the remote
control.
Batteries should not be disposed of with domestic waste. Used batteries must be
handed in at the local authority collection site or discarded in the containers for this
purpose in shops.
Do not expose batteries to excessive heat, do not throw them into fire, do not recharge, do not try to
open them; they might leak or explode.
Please remove the batteries from the remote control if the device is not to be used for an extended
period of time.
