9. When sewing is fi nished, use a buttonhole opener/
seam ripper to open up the fabric in the center of
the buttonhole. Be careful not to cut any of the
stitching.
Corded Buttonholes
Hook fi ller cord (such as crochet thread or buttonhole
twist) over the spur and pull both ends of the cord
forward under the foot and tie off the cord as shown
in the illustration.
Sew buttonhole so that zigzag stitches cover the cord.
When completed, release the cord from foot and snip
off extra length.
9. Quando a casa estiver terminada, use um abre casas
/ costuras para abrir o tecido no centro da casa.
Tenha cuidado para não rasgar nenhum ponto.
Casas com cordão
Coloque o cordão (a linha de croché à volta da casa) ou
na parte de trás do pé-calcador. Leve os dois extremos
da linha para a frente e ate-os como mostra o desenho.
Cosa a casa para que os pontos em zig-zag cubram o
cordão.
Quando terminar, solte o cordão do pé e cortar o cordão
extra.
