Use the schematics on page 61.
Make sure that you wear anti-cut protective gloves when replacing the blades or carrying
out operations in the vicinity of the blades.
Once you have ensured that your machine is actually disconnected from the mains:
1. Remove the shroud that protects the frames supporting the blades ;
2. Remove the superior cover ;
3. On the upper part of the machine (left side, through the aperture in the framework),
on the superior frame loosen the screw retaining the superior frame swivel pin.
4. Put the superior frame upwards.
5. Replace the blades of the superior and inferior frames:
- Loosen the hexagonal socket head screws which tighten the blades.
- Replace the blades and check that they are well positioned in the rocker arm pin.
- Re-tension the blades by tightening screw, so that the blades remain in the frame as a
mark of tension.
In order not to warp the frame and avoid dangerous breaks, only replace 4 or 5
6. Re-install the superior frame
7. Re-install the superior cover and shroud.
Connect your machine to the mains, it is now ready.
