IMPORTANT : The hose reel can be wall mounted at a minimum height of the floor of 2.50 m
in order to prevent accidents during work operations.
Installation is possible on the ceiling and on the wall and will be carried out with a revolving support
using 2 screws (models DMF, DPF, DGF), or a fixed support using 4 screws (model DGF). In every
case, the hose reel has to be mounted verticaly and in a central position for the hose rolling.
WARNING : THE MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES
CAUSED BY FAULTY INSTALLATION OR MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT. THE HOSE REELS MUST
BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE MANUAL AND INSTRUCTIONS
FURNISHED WITH EACH HOSE REEL.

3 - USE AND MAINTENANCE

The stops for the hose are at 1/2 turn increments of the drum. To release the hose, pull back slightly
on it.
TENSION ON THE HOSE WHEN REWINDING IT WILL PREVENT INJURY TO PEOPLE AND
DAMAGE TO SURROUNDING THINGS.
- The side access panel must be in place while using the reel (model DGF).
- Do not get on the reel or allow foreign objects to interfere with its operation.
- Inspect couplings for leaks and correct reel operation periodically.
- Clean the hose frequently for easy rewinding (Part number: PPS AL).
IMPORTANT : ALL MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE DONE BY SUITABLY TRAINED STAFF
FOLLOWING THIS MANUAL.
1. Release the tension on the spring before starting.
2. Turn off flow through the reel before carrying out any maintenance on it.
3. Replace the hose when any sign of wear and tear or deterioration is present.
It is advisable to replace the hose at least once a year.
4. The seal inside the revolving joint should be inspected and replaced if there is any leak.
5. All replacement parts must be genuine (see the spare parts list).
6. Contact the manufacturer regarding any anomaly and before replacing any part.
