IV. BLADE INSTALLATION:
NOTE: Cutting head rotation may be necessary to
allow for adequate access to install blade.
1. Loosen the center nut on cutter head using the provided
1-3/8" open ended wrench. ( Fig. 5 )

2. Rotate head until the cutting blade can be in-
stalled, then tighten the center nut to lock the
head in place.
3. Remove the nut and outer collar from the cutter
shaft. Slide the blade onto the shaft, being sure
align the key slot in the blade with the keyway in
the in the shaft. ( Fig. 6 )
NOTE: Direction of blade rotation should be oppo-
site the direction of axial machine travel.

4. Replace the outer collar and nut and tighten with
supplied wrench.
NOTE: When beveling, remove the inside collar for
inside bevel, and the outside collar for an
outside bevel.
5. Install hydraulic hoses. Adjustment on back of motor
allows for speed adjustment if a fixed displacement
hydraulic pump is being used.

TING SEQUENCE
NOTE: REFER TO WINDOW CUTTING SEQUENCE
DIAGRAM.
1. Scribe "cut lines" for assurance of precise cut.
2. Utilize the axial and radial feed screws to locate the
cutting head over the " Cut Line ".
