Thermal protection
The pump comes with a built-in thermal overload
switch that will switch the pump off if it overheats.
After cooling down (ca. 15-20 min.), the pump
will start again automatically. Do not allow the
pump to dry-run: observe the min. water level.
P
REPARATION PRIOR TO OPERATION
1. Insert the washer (2) into the straight part of
the telescopic pipe (5) and screw it onto the
threaded connection (6).
2. Insert the washer (2) into the curved pipe
part (4) and screw it onto the straight pipe (5)
to complete assembly of the telescopic pipe.
3. Insert the washer (2) into the shut-off valve
(1) and screw it onto the curved pipe part (4).
4. Attach the mains power cable (7) using the
cable clip (3) as shown in fig. B.
5. Attach a suitable hose with a conventional
threaded connection to the shut-off valve (1).

FAULT
Pump is running
but does not deliver.
Pump does not start
or stops suddenly
during operation.
Delivery output drops
suddenly.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Air cannot escape because the
pressure line is closed or kinked.
Suction foot/filter is blocked.
Max. delivery height exceeded.
Thermal switch has switched the
pump off due to overheating.
No electrical power.
Suction foot/filter is blocked.
Ensure that the electrical connections for
plugs and sockets are made in areas safe from

Frost protection
Protect the pump against frost. Store the pump
dry if endangered by frost.
Open the shut-off valve or check the
hose for a possible kink and
straighten it
Clean the suction foot/filter.
Reduce the delivery height.
Unplug the pump from the mains and
clean the suction foot/filter. Wait until
the pump switches on again
automatically. Observe the max.
