The status LED on the urinal flush control shows the following statuses:
Status
Off
Lights up green
Flashes red
Lights up red

The state of battery charge can be checked using a Geberit app.

Troubleshooting

Malfunction
No flush actuation
Incorrect flushes (too
soon, too late, unwanted)
Flushing out of the urinal
ceramic is inadequate.
Water is splashing out
from the urinal ceramic.
Residual water in urinal
ceramic appliance is not
draining

• No mains voltage or batteries flat
• OK
• Low state of battery charge
• Very low state of battery charge
• Solenoid valve defective
• Sensor defective or not connected
Cause
Mains operation:
Network failure (green LED on
power supply unit does not light up)
Battery operation:

Water supply valve closed
Technical fault
Unsatisfactory user recognition due
to urine scale deposits in the urinal
trap
Technical fault
Flush time set incorrectly
Screen filter in solenoid valve

Water pressure too low
Flow rate too high

supply.
