Drain of condensate moisture
Drain of condensate moisture from the high-pressure receiver
Condensing moisture (condensate) is collecting on the bottom of the receiver. The volume of condensate
depends on the load of compressor and on the temperature of environment around compressor.
Drain condensate after each use:
In order to be able to drain the condensate, the pressure in the receiver must be 2-3 bar.
ATTANTION!
Condensate is a harmful substance. It represents a threat to the environment.
Place a suitable container under the drain hole.
To immobilize spilled condensate using a binder.
To collect immobilized condensate with a rag.
To utilize the rag in accordance with applicable legal requirements of the application site.
To drain condensate, proceed as follows:
Place a suitable container under the drain hole.
Open the drain hole for condensate drain, slightly turning its plug counter-clockwise on the lower side of
the high pressure receiver.
After a successful condensate drain close the plug again.
Drain of condensate moisture from the filter-reducer
PIONEER 282, PIONEER 342, TWINSTAR 450 and TWINSTAR 690
Condensing moisture (condensation) is collecting in a transparent container of filter-reducer. The volume of
condensate depends on the load of compressor and on the temperature of environment around compressor.
Drain condensate after each use:
Condensate can be drained in semi-automatic and manual mode.
ATTANTION!
Condensate is a harmful substance. It represents a threat to the environment.
Place a suitable container under the drain hole.
To immobilize spilled condensate using a binder.
To collect immobilized condensate with a rag.
To utilize the rag in accordance with applicable legal requirements of the application site.
To drain condensate in semi-automatic mode, proceed as follows:
When turning the valve of drain hole to condensate drain at ¼ of a turn counter-clockwise (final
position) the valve is blocked.
Turn the valve of drain hole (1) at ¼ of a turn counter-clockwise (middle posi-
tion) to condensate drain.
Condensate is drained from a transparent container (2) automatically when
the pressure falls below 1 bar. With increasing the pressure above 1 bar the
valve (1) is closed again.
To drain condensate in manual mode, proceed as follows:
Turn the valve of drain hole (1) at ¼ of a turn counter-clockwise (middle posi-
tion) to condensate drain.
Condensate is drained from a transparent container (2) under pressure.
After a successful drain close the valve of drain hole (1).
