F. Troubleshooting
These faults are given only for reference. In case of any problems arising, stop the operation
and send the machine for diagnostics and repair to skilled personnel.
G. Transportation and storage
In the course of transportation, the machine should be firmly fixed in order to prevent its
movement. It is not allowed to keep the packed machine in outdoor conditions. It should be
placed at a warehouse, which has good ventilation and which is free of corrosive gases. It
cannot be placed upside down. In cases when it is required to keep the machine in outdoor
conditions, protect it from the impact of rain.
I. Cleaning and maintenance

In order to avoid accidents, cut off the machine power supply before cleaning.

For cleaning the board, machine surfaces and power cord, it is not allowed to use a
towel soaked in anticorrosive fluid. It is not allowed to wash the machine by direct
water flow as it can lead to misoperation of any function.

In cases of machine outage without operation, turn off the temperature controller and
the main power switch.
4.
If the machine is not used for a long period of time, then after cleaning store it in a
room with good ventilation and absence of corrosive gases.
H. Daily maintenance
Every day observe the machine condition before and after its use.
Before use
Has any inclination appeared?
Is the power cord worn out or damaged?
Is there any damage of the control panel?
After use
Is there any strange smell?
Does heating of the upper and lower plates occur simultaneously?
Is there any strange noise or fault in operation during lifting the machine?
ATTENTION!

Check the machine daily.

In order to avoid serious damage, perform checking of the product for cooking.
●
The temperature around the machine should not exceed 300°С.
●
Immediately stop the operation of you feel any presence of faults of the electrical
mains or of the machine itself.
●
Contact skilled specialists for carrying out diagnostics and repair of the machine
as soon as possible.
