Гарантія компанії GEV
Продукти компанії GEV виготовляються з максимальною ретельністю і проходять відповідну
перевірку. Компанія надає гарантію тривалістю 36 місяців, починаючи від моменту придбання
пристрою кінцевим користувачем. Щоб скористатися гарантією, необхідно відправити компанії
GEV упакований пристрій (без ознак зміни конструкції) з оплатою пересилки, додавши касовий
чек і гарантійну картку (із зазначеною датою придбання і печаткою продавця).
Крім того, необхідно надати короткий опис несправності.
У випадку обґрунтованої вимоги надання гарантійних послуг компанія GEV у визначений час та
на власний розсуд відремонтує або замінить пристрій. Якщо ж вимогу буде визнано
необґрунтованою (наприклад, термін гарантії вже закінчився, або наявний дефект не
покривається умовами гарантії), компанія GEV спробує відремонтувати пристрій з мінімальними
затратами.
Протягом перших 6 місяців з моменту придбання дефектний пристрій без явних пошкоджень
може бути замінено продавцем.
Дія цієї гарантії не поширюється на випадки природного зношування, пошкодження пристрою
під впливом зовнішнього середовища та в процесі транспортування, а також пошкоджень, які
виникли в результаті недотримання вимог, наведених в інструкції зі встановлення та директивах
VDE. Крім того, дія гарантії не поширюється на лампи, батареї та акумулятори, які входять до
комплекту поставки. Компанія GEV не несе відповідальності за можливі непрямі, опосередковані
й майнові збитки.
