5. Turning off re, releasing pressure and opening the lid.
Two ways of opening after cooking.
1 Natural cold. When heating time is up, turn off the re and leave it
for a while waiting for the pressure reduced. When the indicator fell
down, the cooking is over. Turn the knob to the position as per picture
of Fig. 10, then take off the lid.

◆ Don't open the lid if the indicator doesn't fall down.
◆ After nishing cooking, please wear glove to open lid to avoiding
burn.
◆ Don't open the lid till the safety valve falls down.
◆ When cook pasty state food such as porridge, shake the cooker
slightly before open to reduce the bubble.
2 Cooling down quickly. Sometimes it needs cooling down quickly,
put the cooker on a level place and shower the cooker with cold water
slowly till the safety valve falls down (Fig. 11, opening lid is the same
as above).
Caution: Avoid water owing into the cooker through safely
open-preventing valve and the pressure limiting.
