8.- Once the tray temperature has reached the selected temperature, the green light will turn off
and the food should be inserted in the tray.
9.- WARNING: If frying a large amount of food, the oil temperature will drop, so you should
wait longer. When frying pre-fried frozen products, we recommend using small quantities.
10.- After having used it, make sure to place the Temperature regulator knob in the OFF
position, turning the green light off.
The red light will remain on until the selected time has expired.
There are various options for the multifunction fryer:
BOIL (1): Pour water into the tray and close the cover. Turn the temperature knob until reaching
220~240ºC and with the time knob, indicate the time to boil. Once the food has
cooked, turn the temperature knob to the OFF position.
SAUTE (2): Turn the temperature knob until reaching 120~140ºC and using the time knob,
indicate the appropriate time. Add a small amount of oil and when it has heated, add
the food. Once the food has cooked, turn the temperature regulator to the OFF
position.
SLOW COOK (3/4): Add water to the tray and cover with lid. Turn the temperature knob to
120~140ºC and indicate the appropriate time with the time knob. To maintain moisture
during cooking, it is preferable not to remove the cover. Make sure that there is
sufficient water for the food to cook. When the food has completely cooked, turn the
temperature knob to the OFF position.
STIR-FRY(5): Add oil to the tray. Turn the temperature knob to 180~220ºC and indicate the
appropriate cooking time using the time knob. Add the food directly to the tray. Use
only nylon or wood spoon/spatula to stir and avoid scratching the surface. When the
food has cooked, turn the temperature knob to the OFF position.
GRILL (6): Use the multifunction fryer as a grill, adding a bit of oil to cook the food on the rack.
STEAM (7): Use the upper or lower rack. Add two cups of water and make sure that the water
level does not reach the lower rack level. Place the food on the rack and close the lid.
Turn the temperature knob to 200~240ºC and indicate the appropriate time using the
time knob. To maintain moisture throughout the cooking process, it is preferable not to
remove the lid. Once the food has cooked, turn the temperature regulator to the OFF
position. Remove the lid and the steam will be quickly released. Use caution when
removing the rack.
FRYER (8): Add oil to the tray (approximately 2L). Make sure that you do not exceed the
maximum level (5L) so that the oil does not spill out when the food is added. Turn the
temperature knob to 180~220ºC and indicate the appropriate cooking time with the
time knob. Add the food to the basket and insert this into the tray with oil. Once the
food has cooked, place the basket on the border of the tray with oil to allow the
excess oil to drip. Then, turn the temperature knob to the OFF.
