IMPORTANT NOTES ON PERSONAL SAFETY
• Operate the tool using common sense.
• Never work on a hot, pressurized cooling systems. When opening the cooling system, hot
coolant can splash out, causing severe burns and property damage.
• Always ensure a firm foothold in order, to be able to maintain your balance at all times.
• Always work with a second person present; in event of an accident, this person can call for help
or medical assistance.
• Do not use this product if you are under the influence of medication, alcohol or drugs, or if you
are tired. Read the package insert of your medicine in order, to rule out an impairment of your
judgement or reflexes.
• Do not use the device if there is any doubt about the functionality of this tool.
• Always stay aware. During work, observe your workplace and carry out work with utmost care.
• Before use, check the tool for damage. If a part is damaged, use the tool again only after all
damaged parts have been repaired by an authorised specialist.
USE
1. Please empty coolant from the radiator as clear as
possible.
2. Connect air inlet (2) to compressed air system.
3. Connect the small hose (7) to the hose connection
(3).
4. Connect the coolant hose (8) to the coolant hose
coupler (6).
5. Connect the universal adaptor (5) to the radiator
opening of the cooling system (fig.1).
6. Make sure that both valves (4) and (9) are closed (fig.2). The valves
are closed when the valve levers are perpendicular to the direction
of flow and open when the valve levers are in the direction of flow.
Both valves are closed in the illustration.
7. Open the shut-off valve (4), a negative pressure
is built up in the cooling system (fig.3).
