Error Messages & Low Battery Warning

Displayed State
If the surrounding environment
is either higher than 40.0ºC
(104.0ºF) or lower than 10.0ºC
(50.0ºF), the thermometer cannot
function properly. It will show as
an error message 'Er1'.
If an error occurs when data is
being read from or written to
the memory, or the temperature
correction is not complete, then
the error message 'ErC' will
show.
When the battery is running
low, the low battery symbol will
appear on the display.
Please replace the batteries.
