1) 下メス 4 と下メスホルダー 5 は、止めねじ 6
にて図の位置にねじ止めします。
1) Set lower knife 4 and lower knife holder 5 with
setscrews 6 at the position of the illustration.
Engaging the knives and adjusting the
clamp spring
1) 下メス4 が最も右にきたときに、 上メス !0 と の
噛みあわせが 0.5ｍｍとなるように、 ねじ 7 8
を緩め､上メス !0 の位置を調整してください。
2) 同時にクランプばね!1 の 先端と下メス4先端が
3.2 ｍｍとなるように調整してください。
3) 調整後、ねじ 7 を締めてください。
1) Loosen screws 7 and 8, and adjust the position
of upper knife !0 so that the engagement of the
upper knife !0 with the lower knife is 0.5 mm when
lower knife 4 moves to the extreme right.
2) At the same time, adjust so that the distance from
the top end of clamp spring !1 to that of lower knife
4 is 3.2 mm.
3) After the adjustment, tighten screws 7.
Adjusting the position of clamp
pressure adjusting spring
1) クランプ圧調節ばね!2 先 端と上メス!0 の A部が
0.5 〜 1 ｍｍとなるように、ねじ 9 を緩め、ク
ランプ圧調節ばね!2 の 位置を調整してください。
2) 調整後、ねじ 9 を締めてください。
1) Loosen screws 9 and adjust the position of clamp
pressure adjusting spring !2 so that the distance from
the top end of clamp pressure adjusting spring !2 to
section A of upper knife !0 is 0.5 to 1 mm.
2) After the adjustment, tighten screws 9.
Adjusting the pressure of clamp spring
1) ルーパー糸は糸切り後、 クランプばね!1 に よっ
て保持されます。
2) ルーパー糸の保持圧力は、 ねじ8を回転させる
ことで調整できます。
3) ねじ 8 を時計回りの方向に回すと保持圧力は
強くなり、 反時計回りの方向に回すと弱くなり
ます。
4) 保持圧力は、ルーパー糸を保持する範囲で、
できるだけ弱くしてください。
1) Looper thread is held by clamp spring !1 after
thread trimming.
2) Holding pressure of the looper thread can be
adjusted by turning screw 8.
3) When screw 8 is turned clockwise, the holding
pressure is increased and turned counterclockwise,
the pressure is decreased.
4) Make the holding pressure as low as possible within
the range of holding the looper thread.
